Driving Instructions:
From Hartford and points South:
Take I-91 North to exit 40 (Bradley International Airport/Route 20 exit).
Take second exit off of Route 20 (Poquonock/Suffield Route 75).
Turn right onto Route 75 to Suffield.
Travel 5 mi to center of Suffield.
At second light take a left (route 168/Mountain Road).
Go .8 of a mile West on route 168/Mountain Road.
Sacred Heart Church will be on the right.
From Springfield and points North:
Take I-91 South to exit 47 West (Suffield/Route 190 exit.).
Follow Route 190 across the bridge (CT River) to lights (intersection with Route 159).
Turn left, go approx. ΒΌ mile to light.
Turn right onto Thrall Avenue and continue to stop sign.
Turn right onto Bridge Street and continue to the next light (intersection with Route 75).
Turn right onto Main Street to next set of lights,
Turn left onto Route 168/Mountain Road.
Go .8 of a mile West on Route 168/Mountain Road
Sacred Heart Church will be on the right.
