The Finance Committee is responsible for advising the Parish Pastor or Administrator on financial matters impacting the operations of the Parish. The Finance Committee is divided into four Sub-Committees which are as follows:
1) Accounting & Budget: This Sub-Committee is responsible for developing the Annual Parish Budget and preparing the Annual Report for the Parish and the Archdiocese.
2) Stewardship: This Sub-Committee is responsible for developing programs that will encourage the participation of the Parish in the funding the Programs approved in the Annual Budget process.
3) Building and Grounds: This Sub-Committee is responsible for developing the Budget to fund the annual maintenance and capital improvements on the physical buildings owned by the Parish and to implement the programs for maintenance and new projects.
4) Investments: This Sub-Committee is responsible for the providing direction on the investment of both short-term and long-term assets owned by the Parish. The Parish participates in the PACT Program administered by the Bank of America and endorsed by the Archdiocese of Hartford.
